One thing I seriously love about lace is its ability to be naughty but nice at the same time. In your grandparents lounge a lace doily on a side table is adorable, but when worn on your girlfriend it’s hot! Here I am wearing a size UK8 which is made from 100% polyester and has a gentle stretch and loose fit. The lace detailling is just stunning in a regal jewel meets paisley floral tribute, and it sits effortlessly outwards from the bust to skim the body, finished with a pom-pom-esque hem detail.

I rarely wear lace but I’ve fallen in love with this beautiful top and it would look fabulous over a bralet with high waisted denim shorts or even a pair of cropped leggings and heels.
