Leggings are an essential part of every gym kit and something I take great pride in hunting out when shopping! There are so many kinds from patterns and cuts to compression-wear and functionality. Gymshark are world leaders in fitness leggings and these navy blue runners are my latest addition.

Here I am wearing a size UK8 made from 94% polyamide and 6% elastane which makes them soft, strong and slightly stretchy to fit flawlessly to the body. The teal elasticated performance waistband features the infamous Gymshark logo and helps to keep the leggings perfectly in position for a full range of movement and flexibility without bagging, sagging or slipping down.
Seeing as I’m 5ft8″ I often find leggings short or with a low crotch yet these are very generous in length and don’t leave me waddling like a penguin for excess material and chilly ankles. They also use a sweat-wicking technology to keep the skin dry and fresh throughout the hottest of workouts, now that’s something to celebrate!
