I’m a big fan of the boyfriend-look, you know when it seems as though you’ve woken up in the morning and thrown on your boyfriends loose-fitting shirt, jeans or jacket. It has such a humble, romantic and classical feel that I’ve long admired in old cinematic films and music videos of today so when I spotted this beauty from LightInTheBox I couldn’t wait to slip it on.

Here I am wearing a size UK8 (large) made from a cotton and polyester mix in a gorgeous navy shade. Featuring full length sleeves which I have rolled up, a generous length scooped hem that finishes at the top of the thigh, V-neck and seamless collar I love how cute and laid back this blouse dress is. The length certainly lends itself to a mini-dress that I’d be inclined to team with a brown plaited waist belt and wedges for smart casual daywear.
But if you’re looking for a more conservative look then why not try it over black tights or leggings with a pair of brogues and a statement watch. I have to confess that I walk with a wiggle in my hips and a smile on my face when I’m wearing this and it makes such a fantastic feature of the legs whilst skimming the curves of the body; yet another great find from LightInTheBox!
