As we creep dangerously close towards Christmas now with only 8 days to go, I’ve topped up my wardrobe this week with a FemmeLuxe fashion haul that I’m calling my chilled vibes edit.

Kicking off this weeks haul, longline cardigans are so on trend right now and I’m slightly obsessed with this side split beauty in a natural shade of stone.
With a chunky woven effect knit, full length sleeves and an open front, I love how cosy, warm and homely this cardi feels and how it instantly jazzes up a simple leggings and vest combo for daytime winter casual.
A girl can never have too many bodycon dresses and short sleeve bodycon dresses are perfect for autum/winter transitioning for being that little more covered.
The black and red marble effect of this dress is just so pretty, it really picks out the rich and vibrant colours of the winter, which teamed with a tie front bust and mini hemline makes this dress so effortlessly sassy.
Moving on, jumper dresses are such a must this season and again I’m crushing over the size split for how comfortable and easy it is to move about in without becoming overheated or restricted.
In a timeless shade of mocha, the statement bow tie can be worn in front or behind with the vertical knit detail helping to slim the torso and draw the eyeline to the beautiful V-neck and collarbone combo.
Finishing up with black trousers and I love the funky military fit of these high waisted beauties. With a seam detail to the legs and a thick and boxy fit material these trousers would look stunning with a metallic crop and delicate heels.
I love mixing monochrome with bold statement colours, oversized pieces with slim fit, short and long layering and masculine and feminine styles for contrast in outfits.
This weeks casual haul had been so much fun and I’ve found some great classic pieces to enjoy throughout the rest of the year. Adding such practical picks to my wardrobe is a great way to treat myself after another busy month of work and worldwide drama as we weather the pandemic for its second year.
