This weeks Femme Luxe fashion haul is my date night edit, which I’m incredibly excited about! Every time I attempt to get dressed for a date night I empty at least a third of my wardrobe onto my bed to try on a million outfits before selecting the very first thing that I picked, leaving a huge mess to clear up.
So I thought I’d save myself the bother of traumatising my wardrobe this week and choose four stunning outfits online that are perfect for a candle lit dinner and drinks – genius!
You really can’t go wrong with black dresses for a date night, so I feel like I’m already onto a winner here with this beautiful selection of mini dresses.
This strappy, asymmetric hem and bodycon fit instantly caught my eye as I love how the cut flatters the figure and makes a feature of the chest with the cross front detail.
With dark, cold nights creeping in mesh dresses are a fantastic transitional piece to keep off the chill whilst still looking sexy. The long sleeve asymmetric design of the mesh top half of this classic LBD adds such a modern twist to a simple and understated dress that is sure to turn heads with such a twist.
I love how sexy, sophisticated and playful this dress is – perfect for cocktails and playful conversations by candle light on date night.
Something a little more casual , yet daring, are cut out dresses and when I spotted this long sleeve mini I couldn’t resist adding it to my basket.
Almost a co-ord set with a crop top and skirt, this dress joins at the stomach with just a few stitches to expose the ribs and a generous leg thanks to the cheeky mini length hem. I’m in love with it!
To add a splash of colour and a shot of sophisticated glamour, midi dresses are another great date night option and this pretty satin number stood out a mile for me!
Again with an asymmetric hem and sweeping side split, the delicate straps and cowl neckline oozes feminine sensuality whilst hugging every curve and twinkling beautifully in the light.
I thought this weeks fashion haul was a great way to have a guaranteed outfit for date night this week, but I’ve now ended up absolutely loving all four dresses which I simply can’t choose between!
The way I see it I have two ways to handle this – change my outfit four times throughout the date or go on four consecutive date nights? Answers on a postcard if you can guess which my boyfriend will pick…
