Ok, so it’s not technically Friday until tomorrow, it’s wet, windy and raining outside and I’ve got a mountain of work to be getting on with but I’m trying on my latest clothing haul from my fave online retailer FemmeLuxe and it’s totally giving me those Friday feels! Eeeeeeeek!
The weather may be a write-off at this very minute but these beautiful little picks will see me swimmingly into the weekend and summer beyond and I can’t wait to show you what I got!
Kicking this weeks fashion haul off with shorts and how cute are these distressed denim beauties! I love everything about these, from the boxy fit to the beautiful feature that they make of the waist.
The frayed hemline, distressed thigh details and classic American style are giving me retro vs. new-trend vibes all in one and I really don’t know whether to throw on a check shirt and boots or a gym vest and trainers but either way I’m digging this style!
Moving on to casual wear and as the days are gradually getting lighter and warmer – aside from today because it’s raining like it’s the end of the world – I wanted to bring a little more sass to my wardrobe and this pink ribbed detail beauty caught my eye in an instant.
The beautiful full length sleeve with a slim fit and front zip detailing really help to slim and elongate the torso and arms whilst the high cut waist of the bodysuit adds a devilishly flirty flash of skin if you team this with jeans.
Sticking with the theme of bodysuits I couldn’t resist this delightful electric blue piece which is stunningly feminine, sexy and oh so essential for every girls summer wardrobe.
Whether you rock it in the bedroom or team it with wet look skintight leggings and killer heels for post-lockdown cocktails it is sure to turn heads and leave you feeling a million dollars.
Finishing off this weeks haul I decided to add to my supply of mini dresses with this pretty cream beauty because love the ruched detail to conceal IBS bloat and the pretty tie front bust gives me country-girl vibes which reminds me of home.
Despite being locked indoors for the past year and springtime being a washout this cream dress somehow makes it look like I have a tan, which I’m all for and can’t wait to see how pretty it looks when I’m bronzed from some al fresco brunches over the coming months!
