From Karma To Clarity: Filming My Quantum Healing Hypnosis Session For Gaia TV

Have you ever felt a sudden pull toward a specific direction in life? Almost as if your inner compass is guiding you to your path. That is exactly where I’ve found myself lately. As a vegan and practicing Buddhist, my journey has always been centred around compassion, mindfulness, and seeking a deeper understanding of the universe. Yet, like so many of us,I’ve carried subconscious baggage, old patterns and lingering past traumas that have felt difficult to untangle using conventional methods.

My search for genuine clarity brought me to a remarkable spiritual tool: Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). After having previously experienced a past life regression, I understand how powerful hypnosis is, and this next step is even moreso. I was given the opportunity to have my QHHT filmed for television, which would allow me to explore my own healing in real-time, document the process authentically, and share this transformational experience with the entire world. And so, I agreed, and what happened was beyond sensational!

What Is QHHT?

If you’re new to the term, as I was, QHHT stands for Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. Developed over several decades by the pioneering hypnotherapist and author Dolores Cannon, this unique method guides you into a very deep state of relaxation within the Theta brainwave frequency.

Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, which often focuses on behavioral adjustments, QHHT allows you to access what Dolores Cannon called the Subconscious or Higher Self. During a session, you are gently guided to explore relevant past lives and moments in your soul’s history, to connect directly with the higher aspect of your consciousness which holds all of the answers to your soul’s journey, health and life purpose.

How Does QHHT Help & Who Is It For?

What makes QHHT so compelling is its versatility. It isn’t just about curiosity regarding who you were in a past life, but is a practical, soul-level consultation. People turn to QHHT for a wide range of reasons, from clearing past trauma to gaining clarity on life purpose, physical and emotional alignment and spiritual awakening.

It can help you to releasing emotional blockages, fears, or physical tensions rooted in forgotten memories or past lives. You can understand why you are here now, what lessons you came to learn in this lifetime, and how to stay on your correct path. You can tap into subconscious energy to help soothe long-held physical discomforts or anxieties, as well as deepen your connection to universal wisdom and inner peace.

Whether you are navigating a major life transition, searching for answers to persistent challenges, or simply looking to align with your highest truth, QHHT offers a profound space of self-discovery for all.

Filming My Journey For American TV

When the opportunity arose to film a QHHT session in an upcoming television series, Journeys Into The Soul, I instinctively knew that sharing my healing would help others. As a vegan and a Buddhist, my daily life revolves around living gently, causing no harm, and cultivating non-attachment and awareness. However, intellectual understanding is one thing, and a true emotional resolution is another. I wanted to confront my own past traumas head-on, release what no longer serves me, and ensure that I am fully aligned with my true life purpose.

Stepping into a session with the cameras rolling was uniquely vulnerable, but the experience that came from it was deeply moving. You need to work with an experienced guide to be able to get into the Theta state. Ignazio is the founder of Human Spiritual Evolution and an accomplished spiritual mentor, coach, and meditation expert with nearly 25 years of experience in spiritual practices.

With a Master’s degree in chemical engineering, he uniquely bridges analytical science with ancient spiritual wisdom. Following a profound spiritual awakening in 2002 that inspired thousands of hours of meditation and deep exploration of Eastern and Western traditions, Ignazio became a qualified teacher of Deep Meditation and Self-Knowledge in 2010. Over the following years, he has expanded his professional reach into digital wellness.

His credentials feature elite status in holistic and academic fields. In 2016, Ignazio trained in Dolores Cannon’s Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), eventually attaining the prestigious Level 3 QHHT Practitioner qualification in 2023, which is an advanced standing held by only a select few practitioners worldwide out of thousands.

Through his QHHT sessions, he has helped individuals navigate physical healing, emotional growth, and soul-purpose clarity. Further solidifying his academic and professional standing, he was invited in 2023 to lecture for the pioneering University Master’s program in Spirituality, Ecology, and Mental Health at Bucks New University. Today, in England, Ignazio offers bilingual spiritual mentoring, personal development programs, and in-person QHHT sessions globally.

Behind The Scenes Filming For Gaia TV With Film Producer David Marsh

While you’ll have to tune into the television series to watch the actual process unfold on camera, I’m able to share my full and extended experience here, as an afterthought of what happened and how it has changed my life.

I came to my QHHT session with a list of ten questions focusing on every aspect of my life that I felt was important for me to address; from how I parent to who I love, the way I think and feel and the steps that I should take to fulfil my life purpose. Nothing was out of bounds, as I wanted a wholehearted, direct and honest approach to understand my life, let go of past pains and manage my chronic illnesses. I have autism, ADHD, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (hEDS) which leaves me with racing thoughts, a burning painful body and the constant desire for perfection.

My Autism & ADHD Make Me A High Achiever Who Doesn’t Follow The Crowd

Whether it’s cleaning and tidying my home, studying for an exam or keeping my children safe, I put 100% into everything that I do and try to be the very best. I frequently collapse, have my heart broken, am used by others and taken advantage of, and find peace in solitude but wish to trust and love others more easily, despite these bad experiences. I had a difficult childhood which has shaped how I now raise my children, and I recognise that because of this I am overprotective.

I have a loose connective tissue disorder which basically stretches out my body and leaves me weak, floppy and unsupported, despite being an athlete, and I feel as though I’ve been hit by a bus everyday and am never not in some degree of pain or exhaustion. I’ve always pushed through pain, and been relentless in achievement to lift myself out of the life I was born into and achieve freedom and happiness through financial security, yet no amount of money in the bank makes me feel safe enough to stop pushing.

My Entire Life I’ve Been Weak, Sick & Live With Chronic Pain, Often Burning Out But Still Helping Others

I give my all to everything I do, including relationships, yet am frequently disappointed, let down and hurt by those who take advantage of me or see an opportunity that they can benefit from at my expense. I’ve always wanted to rescue people and help those in need, but I often get left empty and upset instead, as a result of my heartfelt efforts. I feel a great sense of injustice in the world and deeply want change, to make it a healthier and happier place for my children and the rest of the world, but sometimes it can feel like an uphill battle, as the world is so superficial, disposable and cruel and I am bullied, judged and used over and over again.

Part of me wants to stand up and fight for change, and the other part is so exhausted from giving it my all that I’m ready to sit down and take a back seat and let it be. My crossroads in life, as I’ve just celebrated my 39th birthday, is to understand where I am going wrong and the obstacles in my path to happiness. Everything I do is with a genuine love and kindness to help others and be the best mother, daughter, friend and role model to others, but sometimes life can feel like a tangled web of lose ends and I need to do some housekeeping in my mind for clarity and freedom from past pains.

I Put My Heart & Soul Into Everything I Do

My QHHT Session

My session with Ignazio today was split into three sections spanning several hours in total. The first part lasted a couple of hours seating in a chair, as I went over my life story, from childhood and my earliest memories to all that has made me the woman that I am today.

I was able to discuss my insecurities, emotional baggage that I carry with me, abuse, bullying, judgement and the things that I struggle with most in my life. He kindly asked me questions and dove deeper into certain aspects when necessary, as I sniffled my way through very painful and sad moments across my life that have undoubtedly shaped who I am today.

This part of the session felt like therapy, as I talked and talked and talked until every fear, insecurity and loss in my life had been exposed and laid bare for consideration. And I felt the greatest warmth, kindness and non-judgement for aspects of my life that I had firmly hidden and kept buried, revealing them for the first ever time for the purpose of healing. It was a very vulnerable position to be in for me, but one that felt right because of the safe and reassuring environment that I was in. And this is what speaks volumes to me as a woman, as we cannot truly open up and be honest with ourselves if we are in the wrong environment with the wrong people.

Aside from the multiple television cameras, lights and microphones surrounding me, I fully immersed myself in the moment and conversation with Ignazio, under the watchful eye of world renowned producer and film maker David Marsh, forgetting that anyone or anything else was in the room with us. It was a relief to finally unburden my pain and suffering and it felt entirely natural and possible to seek healing, which I’ve never experienced before when attempting to confront past pains. The time and place were both perfectly right for me, on my journey.

The second part of the session lasted two and a half hours and took place laying in a bed under hypnosis. And the third and final part of the session lasted a couple of hours reflecting upon my experience and the life lessons I had learned. So, let’s get into part two of my experience, and what it feels like to be hypnotised, as I’d imagine this is a question that many people find themselves asking – does it really work, and can I do it? In short, the answer is a very clear YES!

Hypnosis is a state that we all pass through every day as we fall and wake up from sleep. It’s a kind of light and dreamy sensation where we can sill hear what is going on around us whilst we have our eyes closed, but are able to imagine, think and feel things that we liken to a dream. To test this, you simply have the close your eyes now and imagine a red apple; picture the shape, size, taste, touch and smell of it. It may not be as clear as watching a movie on a screen in front of you, but you can definitely create thoughts about the red apple. You may apply an emotion to it, be reminded of childhood, start to feel hungry or imagine its sweet taste. This is how images appear to you under hypnosis.

The main rule was to say whatever I thought, felt and understood throughout the experience, without hesitation, judgement or delay. If I ask you to close your eyes and imagine you are opening a door, could you describe what you see on the other side? Even if its just darkness, does a colour stand out, a texture, temperature or noise? Your mind will show you exactly what you must see.

One thing that I noticed when I was about to be put under hypnosis, was that my body was eager to participate. It was the morning when I had my session and I certainly wasn’t tired, despite being tucked up into a safe and warm bed, but I felt sheer enthusiasm from my body that reminded me of being a child on Christmas Eve. And within what felt like seconds of Ignazio’s calming voice guiding me as I closed my eyes, I entered my first past life experience.

My First Past Life Experience: In A Rainforest

I found myself in a vivid and lively rainforest, fascinated by the absolute beauty of nature. Looking down, I realised that I was barefoot and incredibly excited to climb the trees. I’d never been so high up before, as I reached the canopy of the rainforest and took in the breathtakingly unobstructed views. I described nature as smelling like life. And I was totally free and happy.

I was a monkey! Powerful and strong, with huge arms and great lungs. I loved the exhilaration of swinging through the trees and felt such deep and unconditional love for my family. I was a 20yr old male, in monkey years, and incredibly muscly, strong and invincible. My role was to guard and protect my family, and I did so with great honour, pride and enthusiasm.

I spoke fondly of how I ate, slept and played, as if I were talking about my own childhood in this life, recalling sweet memories and moments from the past. I was asked to recall an important day or event in my life, for which I instantly remembered the pain and sadness of the moment an infant from the family wandered off too far and was attacked and killed by a passing group of monkeys that dispersed.

As it was my role to be the protector, I was held accountable for the death, yet there was nobody for me to fight or defend them from. It was an unfortunate case of the little one being in the wrong place at the wrong time with the territorial nature of animals. The mother should have watched the baby, as I wasn’t a childminder, but because a death occurred I had failed them all and was cast out. It was simply natures way.

I felt such immense sadness, walking away into the unknown with my head down and arms dragging on the floor, deflated and defeated to lose everyone I had ever loved. I was helpless, heartbroken and heavy, with the guilt of not saving the baby, and ultimately failing my one and only job. I didn’t have the joy inside of me to swing or climb trees, just the weight of the world on my shoulders and the emptiness of being alone.

I was then asked to move to another important event in this lifetime, and found myself sitting on a rock with what appeared to be a hairy old cow with white horns and dishevelled fur. The cow and I were best friends, unable to communicate through speech, but entirely at ease and aligned with each other. It became my purpose to love and protect the elderly cow, to keep it safe and make it feel loved and accepted. As animals the watering hole were in flocks and packs, the two of us stood happily to one side, a calm and content mismatching pair free from expectations. We simply lived together, in the moment for what it was.

Despite this, the loss of my family remained in my heart as I knew I could never return. I blamed myself for not noticing the child leaving. I couldn’t have known it would happen, or put it right with nobody to defend against or fight. I missed them all for the rest of my life, and put my love into keeping my friend the cow safe and happy.

My final important recollection of this life was the day that I died. I found myself laying face down on the ground in a puddle of water, unable to lift my head, coughing as I try to breathe. I had fallen from a tree and broken both of my legs, unable to move my arms at all. I wanted to get up and run but my body no longer worked and all that I could do was surrender to my fate.

I was then guided to understand the purpose of my life, which was to love. To experience happiness and to be a protector who keeps people safe. I felt that I did well in my role but failed to follow the rules of keeping everyone alive, based on a technicality that caused me to be judged. The lesson I had to learn was to be outcast and yet forgive, to understand they were just animals and it wasn’t personal. I understood the life lesson, and recognised that the rules were unfair and I did no wrong.

I forgave my family and loved those who outcast me. I still wanted them to be happy. I was disappointed that I didn’t get to be a father, as I wanted children, but the babies in the family were not mine. It became a relief to die because I no longer had purpose after leaving my family, nothing had meaning aside for the friendship with the cow who had died of old age.

My higher consciousness told me not to listen to society, as they had failed, thinking they were doing right by setting rules but it’s not the way that it should be. They made up their own rules, but these rules were not given to them as true. The rules they created do not exist elsewhere, to which my consciousness extended to clarify that the rules do not exist outside of the country or the world.

My Second Past Life Experience: In Space

I found myself deep in the darkness of space, rising and floating with no concerns or needs. Mushrooms of light were vibrating all around me, in the peaceful vast expanse. All worries from earth were gone, nothing mattered with such a great perspective.

I understood myself to be a formless vibration, like a ripple in the ocean. I could see everything, everywhere without having to turn to look. There was no temperature, just absolute peace, with everything around me illuminated through the energy of life. I explained it as light growing from everything around me that was its own source of light, pulsating. In the shape of mushrooms, a burst of light, moving like a heartbeat.

I explained it as a black sky, filled with the lit-up, pulsating light of life, as I observed. A sky filled with life that wasn’t anchored to anything. When asked how I moved and travelled, I explained how I could reach enormous distances by simply dissolving into the surroundings and shooting thousands of miles, expanding, contracting and returning. I could control my vibration for movement, covering immense distances with little effort.

My only role was to observe and enjoy life existing around me, with no job, purpose or wants. I was able to see earth at a great distance, knowing I could return but choosing not to. I liked being far away from it, seeing life without having to participate. When asked to talk about earth, I explained that it was very small in the distance and i felt I had been there previously and decided to leave it behind as it was a negative experience that I had escaped. I felt happy being away from people and form.

The darkness I was in was comforting and calm and the bright light all around me didn’t hurt my eyes. I felt the electricity of life buzzing all around me, with nothing solid existing, just light and vibrations. When asked how I knew where to go, I explained that I could see everything and know everything, it was all familiar to me. I only have to think and it is. When asked how I make a choice, I told how I felt a sensation of something being ok or not ok, and earth was not ok, but everything else was easy and light, which is why I chose to turn away from earth and leave it in the distance.

You can’t reach the top of the space, as there are no sides or restraints, and so you can spend forever just being. I don’t feel people, friendship, needs or wants and it becomes unfulfilling, yet awe inspiring from the beauty of life. The light is so bright but there is no purpose. I went as high up as I could, but still couldn’t get away from earth, yet acknowledged that I cannot leave it as it will always be in existence no matter how far away I am. The earth is as much as I am, I can keep rising as space continues, but I cannot leave the area of creation we both exist within.

No matter how far I run, earth exists and is the problem for me, which I can’t overcome from leaving. The consequence of this understanding is that I have to become a part of something again rather than being detached, yet I struggled to make a choice and was in fact in limbo.

My Third Past Life Experience: In Mexico

I found myself on earth yet again, clearing litter from a mountain where I struggled to breathe from the altitude. I described myself as a 40yr old man with dark hair, long fingernails and overweight, feeling hungry and miserable. I swept up and cleared rubbish for tourists in a grey and rocky terrain with fog. I hated my job and didn’t want to be there, feeling tired and unable to push myself to work such a draining job.

I keep thinking about going home, but had to work to send the money back to the family who were far away. Upon revisiting another important day in my lifetime, I found myself with my grandmother when I was a young boy, sitting on a warm cobbled street in the sunshine as she cheerfully fed me beans. She told me to be a good boy and the love that I have for her is so immense. We were very poor but happy, despite the fact that I didn’t have parents of my own and she had raised me as my mother instead. I know that when I get older I have to leave to earn money for the family, just as my older brothers had. But I don’t want to go.

Moving to another important day, I found myself climbing into a bin with needles exposed as I try to empty it. People overdosing on drugs lay in the messy street besides an abandoned building, but I can’t do anything to help them as i won’t get paid if I don’t work. I was in a dangerous area surrounded by gangs and crime, for which I had to keep my head down, empty the bins and leave without speaking to anyone or I would endanger myself. I’m hot and tired, but have to work to feed the family back home.

The person dying on the floor cannot be helped, there are no paramedics or support and I don’t know how to help them. The view at the end of the street, away from my side street, is filled with happy tourists oblivious to the reality of those who live there. They’re so close, and could stop this from happening, but instead pretend that it doesn’t exist and don’t get involved. I understand that I’m a failure, am unhappy and dislike my appearance and bodyweight.

Moving to another important life event, I find myself wearing tight shiny shoes that are far too tight and I’m nervous and sweating. It’s my wedding day and I want to kick off my shoes and run away. I look at the people in the church and they’re all strangers to me as my grandmother has died, my fiance’s family disapprove of me and my suit doesn’t fit me properly. I don’t want to be there, I don’t love my wife-to-be because she’s nasty to me. So I run away, barefoot, out into the street and away and finally feel happy with my decision. I laugh as I walk across the warm stones on the floor, free for life to be my own.

I have no family or responsibility. I don’t have to support anyone or work a job that I hate. I feel lazy and want to sit down and do nothing at last. I know that I am overweight and unhealthy, but it’s ok, I don’t have to be anything anymore. Finally, the day of my passing has arrived and I find myself in a hospital bed at the age of 46yrs with a breathing tube down my throat. I’m morbidly obese and sweaty, and I know that I’ve caused my death by not looking after myself and being lazy. I want to give up and be done with it, but I have to wait to die alone.

After passing away, I look down upon my body in my hospital bed and reflect from a higher perspective on the lessons of my life. The purpose was to experience the lows of life, to feel failure and know that I deserve better. I had to become as low as possible and felt that I failed wonderfully, as I had no family, I couldn’t love, I hated my job and my life was an inconvenience. I succeeded in failing and that was what I had to learn. I then understood that I deserved better in life.

The most important lesson was not to waste life. Not to go unfulfilled, because you will only get sick if you become unfulfilled. Asked if I could have done anything differently, I reflect that I could have saved the dying people in the street instead of doing my job and emptying the bins. I watched people die without doing anything to save them. My higher consciousness explained that not every parent can be a parent, which is why I was raised by my grandmother instead.

As I passed away in the hospital bed, my heart was the strongest part of me that lasted before death, and so it’s important to look after the heart. We must fit where we belong, or we will hurt where we are, like the shoes in the church we should not force ourselves to be anywhere that is wrong for us. We have to choose wisely, not just for the sake of it.

My Higher Consciousness Reflects Upon My Past Life Experiences & Lessons

Asking for permission to speak to my higher self, my initial questions were then directed to me in third person, in order to answer the most important aspects of my life today. Of all the things that were shown to me today, it was the life of me as a monkey that was first to teach me to flourish instead of staying grounded, I must reach instead of being too safe.

Showing me my life as a monkey allowed me to see a different perspective, because the world isn’t small and I stay stuck, but need to move. My higher self then showed me another death from a past lifetime, where an arrow pierced my stomach in battle because I refused to retreat, my ego and pride wouldn’t allow me. But this then caused me to learn to run away and hide instead, rather than fight and face my problems in this lifetime. The lesson from this was to learn to be safe, but I failed to grow because I stayed too safe.

The arrow in my stomach carried on to be stomach pain in this life, through irritable bowel syndrome, cramps and bloating. To cure this I now have to learn and grow through the mind and body connection. My higher consciousness said that I also need to love, but instead I ignore the good people and help the wrong people. I find the people who are failing and I see them as more important than the people who are happy and healthy, which comes from the feeling of failure from wasting past lives. I have been looking the wrong way, as everybody has to learn for themselves and cannot be fixed by others, they’re not supposed to be fixed. We all have to learn in our own way, in our own time and we cannot make others ready, we will only hurt ourselves.

In order for me to help others I can let people come to me, be myself and what is meant for me will find me. Don’t look to help others, but help when you feel that it is right. This understanding will allow my stomach pain to heal, by closing the wound within me and allowing it to heal. This made my body feel strong, and my arms like the monkey once more.

My higher consciousness said that I would be healed within 9 weeks and the pain would be gone, allowing me to eat. I was shown the monkey life to remember to breathe and have powerful lungs as I have breathing problems in this life, the cause of this was weakness from not following my dreams in order to feel safe instead. Being outcast taught me that I have to let go of restriction, because I’m causing it myself by tightening up and closing myself off to protect myself from being hurt again.

I have to take my walls down, let go and know that it won’t hurt me because life isn’t all pain. I can heal and breathe again, by dissolving the hardened edges within me that don’t exist. I’ve put myself into a cage in life and crushed myself unnecessarily which has prevented me from breathing properly. I need more light in my life to stay strong, to be exposed to sunshine which is a life source.

My higher consciousness spoke of how my eyes had seen too much sadness in life so I closed my eyes and the light cannot come in. It is rooted from seeing murder in past lives, and came into this life, causing me to have light-sensitive eyes because I had wanted to feel everything but couldn’t take the reality. To heal this I must let go of the pain and let the light in, spending more time in the sunshine. My soul held onto the pain in order for me to help others, but these people must come to me and align with me, not to deliberately seek those who are not ready to heal or grow, as they are at their own place in their individual journey and cannot be fast-tracked.

My higher consciousness said that I restrict myself and cause my own suffering because I panic and am too sensitive, my heart races and throws me off which leaves me drained and fainting. The light will heal me, as vibration touches each particle of me and turns it to the correct frequency to reach every aspect of my body. Once fully healed I’ll no longer hurt and will know that I am home.

My life as a monkey served the purpose of being happy and not following expectations, as just like my friendship with the cow, it doesn’t matter what others think and your path doesn’t have to look like others journey. We are drawn to the right people and must leave all others behind to follow their own path. Strength doesn’t have to be physical or mental, we exist as strength to become better and overcome challenges in life. We don’t have to look strong or successful, we just have to be our true self to grow.

Reflecting upon my existence in space, my higher consciousness wanted to show me existence and to realise that I am not any one thing in any one life, there is far more. This helped me to not feel, in order to understand it’s not necessary to be trapped and in constant fear.

In this lifetime I asked for judgement and aimed to become the highest version of myself after having experienced a past life of extreme lows and failure. I had to understand that life isn’t capable of being perfect or easy, to see that I cannot ever reach 100% of anything. I wanted to grow to become my very best, so my lesson in this life is to be torn down to less than perfection. As a result of this, I will now be able to see my life for what it truly is.

I needed to be able to see, through unfair judgement and bullying from others in life, that I don’t belong in certain environments with certain people. The friction and resistance that I felt allowed me to appreciate what is right for me, because wherever I am most at ease I am free. When I die in this life I will be at peace.

Returning to the lessons from my life in Mexico, dying of obesity and my heart being the last part of me to give in, the lesson was to learn that beauty is not in our appearance, but to be ourselves. To love ourselves and take care of ourselves without punishing ourselves. I’d punished myself being overweight, lazy, feeling ugly and failing as a person in life. It’s important to be alive and enjoy life, without wasting what has been given.

My higher self said that I am myself in this life to learn to stop reaching for the ceiling and to live on the ground. To no longer want to escape and run from problems, but stay and face them in order to be free from them. To fulfil this, I must now embrace forgiveness, allowing people to be bad without having to change them or feel responsible for their behaviours. I cannot carry guilt for things outside of my control. I must help good people who deserve my help, and allow others to make their own mistakes in their own time and way.

For my career and creative path, my higher self suggested nature and travel, to see more of the world away from cities, as this is not where I belong. As an influencer, I must be present in the media in order to be the change. Instead of looking for compliance or results, I must continue to live authentically and people will see.

Regarding romantic love, I had always tried to fix others because I couldn’t fix myself. But others were not ready to be fixed and didn’t truly mean what they said, they portrayed an ideal in order to get their own way. Instead I must align with an old soul, on the same journey as I within alignment, rather than being totally different. Previously, I could never find anybody with the same morals and standards as my own, but I must learn to accept failure in others as failure is growth and vunerability.

I must listen to my heart, because it knows what is truly right for me. I had chosen to ignore its warnings, but I shouldn’t. I wanted to be able to trust people, after going through such difficult past experiences, my higher self told me to trust myself and know who I am, not needing to copy a role model or value status. I am not my parents or my children, but myself. Trust has to come from myself, to know who I am and be true to myself so that I can trust others.

The message to breathe came to the forefront multiple times. In my life in Mexico, I learned that life is precious, and to die from poor health was a waste of life, which has ultimately helped me to live better now in this life because I know what the absence of gratitude is.

I was then guided to do a scan of my body in order to raise any concerns and heal any pains that still remained unresolved within me. My ankles were sharp and needed to be softened, which had been caused by tension from a fear of death in all of my previously wasted lives. I had failed to learn to let go and my ankles have therefore always remembered. Now that I understand this, my ankles will heal through the power of vibration, correcting them with a sensation as light as air.

My thigh was then raised as a point of healing, as I had emotion trapped deep within the muscle, caused by restriction through the fear of losing youth throughout other lives. I’d previously not wanted to grow old in past lives, and died young. My soul wants me to understand that age is beauty, just like my grandmother in Mexico. Again, I recounted how vibration was used to correct the abnormal cells in order to heal.

We then addressed money and financial security to address why I never feel financially secure, no matter what my bank balance is. I felt hatred towards money, my higher self said that greed is not necessary and I don’t have to want what other people want. I can be good and travel with health and the absence of fear. Fear came from the cost of addition exposed in childhood which caused me to associate money with addiction and pain instead of freedom and choice. My lesson is to learn to not be like everyone else, to not be materialistic and instead invest in travel as growth. Money itself is not inherently evil, and it does not matter how much of it that you have in life.

Emptiness and the feeling of being let down by bad people has held me back in life, caused by abuse. My soul chose this life of abuse and emptiness to learn that once you are empty you can refill. I had to reach the low of life in order to achieve the high. I must welcome age and not judge others, because they are all still growing and not failing. I am now able to let go of the past and will be able to breathe in life.

For self worth and acceptance I must be in the moment, entirely who I am and not what other people expect, to live each day for each day. I am still carrying my inner child with me, for which time makes no difference. I will always be the same person that I am, but where I belong is where I will fit, and this will determine if my life is easy or hard. You cannot stay somewhere that you don’t belong and hope that it will get better, even if you wait an eternity nothing will change.

My role as a mother in this life is to allow them to be themselves without judgement or comparison to the past. I must simply support them whatever they choose. My soul said that I’m doing well as a mother. Alignment matters in life and we shouldn’t ignore any aspect of it, as the body, mind and soul has to be one. We must not mistreat our bodies, overwork or fail to rest. When we feed our mind we feed our body. We must not force or restrict ourself. We cannot overcome pain and suffering by causing ourselves more pain and suffering in another form, it has to be faced head on and resolved.

My soul wanted me to understand that I must expand and contract in life to move and grow, rather than only expand. The contraction in being grounded and safe, and the expansion is reaching for growth and improvement. There must be an equal balance of the two. Now that the body, mind and soul are aligned, physical pains can reduce and clear.

My autism, ADHD and hypermobility come from a source of light and are not something that I should hide or run away from. I must be drawn to it and find more of it in order to resonate with others where I truly belong in life, rather than where I don’t. I must understand balance in order to grow and feel safe in life, rather than choosing one or the other, or failing to come back to myself.

The final words from my higher consciousness were to be are able to truly breathe when we let go. We can’t change people, they will always do what they want and it’s not your fault. I’d also recently lost a friend under terrible circumstances of his death and had been worried about him, my soul told me that he is free, feels no pain and is currently choosing his next life.

My soul urged me to be open and let the right people in. My higher self and past lives were then asked to recede to where they belong with love and thanks for their help as they return to the past so that I may continue in my present life and moment. My consciousness and personality as Tracy was invited to return and integrate into my body, as I was lifted back out of hypnosis, knowing that everything I had experienced would not bother or hurt me, but help and heal me.

As I opened my eyes I felt like a woman reborn, rested, refreshed and filled with love and understanding in such an immense and sensational way. I had tears in my eyes and couldn’t stop smiling, overwhelmed with happiness and emotion. I couldn’t stop saying “wow!” and had no idea where to begin. It felt like absolute freedom and I wanted to stretch and do cartwheels. I thought that it was just a few minutes of hypnosis, but it was two and a half hours and I didn’t move or flinch once. My eyes felt as if I was seeing for the very first time, when they had previously been so sensitive to light.

I Turned Away From Modelling To Embrace My Love Of Nature & Authenticity

Connecting with my higher consciousness has reaffirmed my path of compassion and helped me to process emotional layers that I didn’t even realise were there. It felt less like learning new information and more like remembering who I have always been. If you’ve been feeling stuck lately, are seeking answers to big life questions, or simply want to deepen your spiritual journey, then exploring a QHHT session might just be the doorway to your soul that you’ve been searching for.
