With the clouds softly breaking and glorious sunshine blazing across the sky, I can’t help but feel uplifted by the prospect of summer. I love everything to do with nature, smelling the sweet breeze, exploring the great outdoors and feeling at one with the world. Which is why I’ve totally fallen in love with this stunning monochrome print dress from AKA.
AKA Otherworld Dress
This drop hem, oversized dress features a contemporary loose flowing fit, three quarter length sleeves, a high neck and back key hole cut out. It has the most beautiful natural rock/lighting effect printed all over, along with two large side pockets and some seriously diva-esque drape.
It is incredibly comfortable to wear, with a nod towards beachwear as smart casual daywear. And the dress finishes just above my knee, with the back being slightly longer. I love how it swishes and twirls in the wind as I walk and I feel like a Princess wearing it. It’s unlike anything else that I’ve seen which is why I’ve chosen to wear it with just a pair of black sandals because it’s such a show stopper. You could easily dress it down with a black bomber jacket, trilby hat and workmen boots, or take it to an evening look with a waist belt, metallic statement clutch, stockings and heels.
