The snacks are surprisingly moreish and have a wonderfully light texture without compromising on taste. The mange tout and red pepper are vibrant and richly green with a punch of borderline bitterness to the pepper, precisely what I’d have on my dinner plate but just as a snack this way. For something a little less intense the pea and sweetcorn are light little puffs of crisp, sweet and refreshing flavour similar to a rice cake but with more taste. And for the more amateur fruit and veg nibbler the apple and fig snacks are beautifully fruity, intensely apple-ish with a rich contrast of fig that leaves my mouth watering.
