Here I am wearing a size M as they didn’t have this available in a small. It is 100% cotton and incredibly soft to the touch, much like a baby blanket would be. It isn’t thick like a jacket, but still keeps you surprisingly warm, similar to a thin jumper. The navy blue and primary red check is balanced timelessly with soft ivory squares, gold thread and dark blue buttons down the shirt and on the two front breast pockets. As this is a size larger than my normal fit, this is loose on me with a casual boyfriend-style fit, hanging just below the hips in length.
The shirt is contoured to a delicate and subtle feminine shape, nipping in at the waist with a single pleat at the back and I simply adore how this looks and feels.
