Our First Human Regenerator Treatment

As these restrictions do not apply to me, I booked in for a treatment session with my 17yr old daughter for a spot of quality relaxation time, with a health focus, as she studies for her exams and I juggle running multiple businesses and raising a family as a single parent.

It’s safe to say that we can both do with reducing the stresses of life to better cope with daily challenges, whilst improving our sleep quality, reducing anxiety and boosting mood and energy levels. Since booking our appointments I’ve been really looking forward to relaxing and recharging, and although I know what to expect, the thought of going through this experience for the first time is super exciting.
Arriving at Regenify Health, we were greeted warmly by founder Helen and co-creator Richie. Immediately we felt at ease with their warm nature and inspiring knowledge of health and fitness, falling into deep conversation about our mutual love of wellbeing, family and nurturing a high quality of life and overall health. It touched me to be able to talk to fellow parents, to share the same interests to want the best for our children as well as maintaining our own health as we age, in order to ensure that we are fit and able to spend many more years together.
Sadly, most people first approach a change of lifestyle when it is suddenly forced upon them through sickness, injury or even death. To have a wrecking ball come into their life unexpectedly, only to be told by a doctor or surgeon that all of their favourite foods must be removed from their diet, or their lifestyle changed immediately beyond recognition, often after spending many years with chronic pain and unnecessary health symptoms which could have been avoided through a healthy diet and exercise.
As a mother, I would never want my children to make themselves sick through actions which can be avoided; to starve themselves with unhealthy food trends and diets, under or over exercise, suffer from deficiencies or damage their bodies, living with pain and discomfort which can be so easily prevented. That’s why it was lovely to book in for a session with my daughter, spending a lovely afternoon together whilst instilling the importance and value of health in her teens, which I hope she will continue to nurture, and flourish throughout her life because of it.

Our children are the future, the next generation to inherit the world, and as a parent I feel that I owe it to myself and my children to give them the best start and chance possible in life. If I can prevent them from ever having debilitating illnesses, diseases or cancer, how different their paths in life may be. Surely everybody wants that for their loved ones? As well as oneself!
After our enthusiastic conversation about biohacking concluded, Helen and Richie walked us through our consent forms, explained the history and benefits of the regenerator and demonstrated how we would use it. They advised that when a person is on the bed, nobody else can touch them or they will receive a small static shock, hair must be tied up and any loose jewellery taken off so as not to fall into the jets below.
We were both given gowns to change into and asked if we would like to have music to accompany our session which we cheerfully accepted. As the session takes half an hour, you can use the time to take a nap, watch your favourite tv series, listen to music or chat to your partner who can be in the same room with you. My daughter and I both accompanied each other for our sessions, as I took the time to answer emails whilst she had her session, and gloriously slept through mine. But we’ll get to that in a moment!
Millie’s Personal Experience
With Millie prepped in her gown, her hair tied up and jewellery removed, she stepped up to the bed, lay down on her back and had the four contact applicators placed on each of her hands and feet. These are small metal plates with an adjustable band to hold them in place, similar to having blood pressure taken, but without the squeezing.
Helen kindly walked her through each step and stage involved, before using the control panel to start the session. A screen displayed a timer for thirty minutes on a countdown as the lights were dimmed, beautiful healing frequencies filled the room and a light projector shone swirls of blue, purple and sparkles across the ceiling to look like the night sky. The cosy atmosphere, warmth and sense of peace and security were so lovely to experience, even as a bystander watching my daughter have her session.

Millie confirmed that she felt happy and comfortable, before closing her eyes and falling fast asleep. Before attending our appointments today, we had the most hectic morning of clearing out Millie’s bedroom ahead of her new wardrobes arriving. With bags of clothes piled high on her bed, we made several trips back and forth to the charity shop with clothes that I haven’t seen her wear in years! We’d had not a moments rest all day, so when we finally stopped, we both realised just how exhausted we were. To see her sleeping so soundly was incredibly heartwarming and only made me more curious to hear what it was like when she woke up.
Helen re-entered the room as the timer ticked to zero and Millie fluttered open her eyes, glowing with energy, enthusiasm and positivity – a huge difference from the yawning, somewhat sluggish and untalkative teen that arrived only moments ago. She described the experience as feeling like static was passing through her entire body, constant and mellow without any pain. After a few minutes the sensation calmed down and she couldn’t feel it as much, before she then fell asleep.
She thought that the jets would feel cold, but they didn’t. She found it incredibly relaxing, both the atmosphere of the room and the comfort of the bed. Prior to her session she said that her right wrist was hurting from falling onto it and her feet were sore from standing all day but she woke up feeling very relaxed, her wrist was far less stiff and she no longer felt any pain, aches or discomfort anymore. She described how she felt more alert and awake than she has “in a while” and was very noticeably more vocal, chatty and energetic which was lovely to see. It was like she’d had her battery charged from low to full power!
My Personal Experience
And so it was my turn! Gown, hair and jewellery in check, I stepped up onto the bed and the contact applicators were applied to my hands and feet. Helen advised for our next sessions we could target different areas of the body should we have a preference of placement, but the hands and feet give a balanced overall coverage for contact. As the machine was set and my session began, the jets activated and it felt as though I’d instantly sank into a beautiful bubble bath as a feathery, tingly sensation of air fizzled and crackled around my entire body which felt wonderful. A far cry from the wind-tunnel that I had envisaged when first hearing the word “jets”.

I confirmed that I was comfortable before Helen left the room for me to enjoy my thirty minutes. Laying in Savasana, on my back with my arms by my side, my legs extended and feet relaxed outward, my head and knees were also supported by soft pillows. Being a keen yogi with a love for meditation, I was in my element in this position and surrendered to the bed, feeling every once of tension melt out of my muscles as I fell into a deep meditation.
I was startled to a jolt as I opened my eyes and realised that I was in fact laying down, still in my session on the bed, as it felt as though I were standing upright and floating without making contact with the floor. My body felt entirely weightless, and I had the sensation of my hands, arms, legs and torso vibrating more highly and becoming greater in size; as if I had been inflated like a blimp and took up greater space surrounding my physical body.
I also felt the most wonderful sensation, which is rather unusual to put into words but I’ll try. As I use a grounding sheet on my bed every night and meditate on a yoga mat, I’m attuned to the sensations of grounding, along with connecting to chakras for alignment of the body mind and soul, but this was like experiencing enlightenment and grounding on steroids.
If you imagine the movement of a jellyfish, pulsating as it rhythmically contracts before propelling itself forwards, I experienced the feeling of the most deep and beautiful grounding hug, sinking into the earth and feeling cocooned by love and security, before rising, expanding, growing and becoming more. Greater, lighter, brighter. And then pulled back into the warm embrace of a hug again, held, supported, loved. And released up into the sky, lighter than air, glowing, thriving, filled with unlimited potential.
As I was meditating I had no concept of the time, but it seemed to be the latter part of the session when these sensations became more intense, for which I was informed that it takes thirty minutes on the bed for the full effects to be felt. I opened my eyes literally grinning from ear to ear and exclaimed how it felt that “I’d just met my body for the first time” as I could feel every part of me was alive. All tension in my neck had gone, the exhaustion I’d felt upon arrival was but a distant memory and I just couldn’t stop smiling. It felt like waking up from the most deep and fulfilling 12hr sleep on a summers day, warm, cosy and perfectly calm. If I could bottle the sensation I most certainly would!

I suppose it’s like switching your trusty old car for a brand new one, for everything to instantly feel fresh, new and perfectly in order. It’s a rarity in life to not have any aches, pain or tiredness – as I know many people who feel tired even after they’ve just slept – but how often do you feel incredibly alive? How often do we experience just how good we can truly feel in life? Experiencing this level of freedom from ailments for the first time in my life, when I consider myself to be a healthy active person, is simply astounding. I’ve never felt anything like it, it’s incredible.
I hope that everybody, old and young, fit or finding their way to a healthier lifestyle will consider having this treatment. You don’t have to be elderly, injured or unwell to want to take care of your health and prevent unnecessary suffering.
We drove home after our session and spent the entire evening filled with energy and enthusiasm, tackling the wardrobes with such gusto and positivity. Our video doorbell could be forgiven for thinking we’d been replaced with spring lambs for the way that we shuffled out in the morning and came bouncing back home. But a final surprise awaited; as just before bedtime my period arrived, and whilst I track it on an app and confirmed it was indeed my due date, I had absolutely no signs or symptoms of it. Since my teens I’ve had the most horrific stomach cramps, backache, tenderness and fatigue on the build up to my period, signalling its arrival with a hearty dose of exhaustion. And whilst I felt wiped out before my appointment, for the rest of the day I’ve been walking on air, and now here it is, with no symptoms.
I can’t say that I’ve ever had a period that I couldn’t feel before. But here I am with not a single cramp or creak of the spine. After dinner my IBS didn’t flare up, and the aches, pains and groans of daily life that I’m well accustomed to are blindingly silent. I apologise for repeating myself, but it’s incredible!
My daughter and I had such positive, and uniquely individual first experiences, which have been so beneficial to us in different ways.
