I’ve recently made the leap to vegan after spending the past 23yrs as a vegetarian, and I’m in serious need of a replacement for my favourite treats with non-dairy alternatives. When I was a child I first discovered my love for gingernut biscuits and as an adult I now adore adding fresh root ginger to curries, rice and soups because of its refreshing taste and calorie burning attributes. The organic ginger crunches are beautifully light and crunchy as you’d expect from the name, not quite as dense as a gingernut, but certainly as satisfying. With chewy stem ginger pieces throughout they’re somewhat how I’d imagine the lovechild of a cookie and a biscuit to be, a real treat for every texture foodie.

I accidentally gave the entire box of wheat, dairy and gluten free ginger crunches my seal of approval within one afternoon; all in the name of vegan research of course!
