The dress is made from 95% polyester and 5% elastane giving it a beautiful drop and weight with a comfortable stretch, elasticated waistband and removable black woven skinny belt and buckle. With a cut out halter neck front detail and double button fastening reverse it makes a wonderful feature of the neck and shoulders and I’m wearing mine with a strapless bra.
The all over bold print certainly turns heads and monochrome is so easy to accessorise, as both gold or silver jewellery work brilliantly and a nice bright statement clutch, nails or lippy can add a hot splash of colour if you require. There are two splits at the side seams of the dress from ankle to knee height providing great movement when standing, allowing you to cross your legs whilst seated and bronze your pins in the sun without pulling up your dress. I love how wearable this dress is, as it doesn’t restrict me in any way, and it means that I can wear my pretty sandals and not worry about the burning the balls of my feet or hobbling along grass in heels.
Priced at just £24.00 from Blue Vanilla this beautifully made maxi could easily sell for three times the amount, what an absolute bargain!
