Here I am wearing American Apparel Cotton Spandex crop top and fitness pants both in small. The crop top is made from 95% cotton and 5% elastane is incredibly comfortable, stretchy and perfect for doing all forms of sport and leisure activities. The scoop neck means it can be worn over a bra to give extra support or on it’s own as a sports bra depending on what you require. For low impact fitness such as yoga and pilates I wear the crop top on it’s own, and for high impact running and jumping exercises I pop it over my bra as I have a large bust and need a little extra help to control the bounce.
