Vegan foods are sadly few and far between in everyday shopping and dining, yet it’s clear that there’s a shift in the need for more dietary requirements as larger stores are broadening their stock and independent restaurants opening up their menus. There’s still a way to go before veganism becomes the norm so when I stumble upon a new nibble I can’t help but tell all of my friends about it! Cue the Clearspring Snack Organic Range!

Clearspring Snack Organic Tamari Roasted Soya With Tomato & Herb
This vegan friendly range consists of beans, seeds, fruit and nuts designed to be used as healthy snacks on the go. Here I have the Tamari Roasted Soya With Tomato & Herb snack pack which is lovingly roasted in small batches from organic soya grown in the EU and free from dairy, wheat, gluten and added sugar. High in fibre and protein it’s also a great source of magnesium and kicks my cravings for crisps and biscuits as I’m a lover of savouries and crunchy textures.
The soya beans are light and crisp with a tang of sweet tomato and a mellow warmth of spice that puts me in mind of my childhood tradition of a bowl of tomato soup and chunk of crusty bread on a chilly afternoon. The rich flavours make you cherish and appreciate each bite, a more mature and palatable sophisticated snack that you can be proud to pop into a desk draw or gym bag.

Wonder how you vegans cope with the idea that organic vegetables are fertilized with organic waste animal products..and blood and bone manure which there wouldn’t be if we all became vegans.
Think you should give a shout out to the meat eaters who provide you with the ability to grow your organic vegetables.
What a horrible thought Neil 🙁
It’s the reality of organic vegetables. Far better for you. No chemicals and grown in season. long live organic production
