F|Lux Activewear is a UK-based innovative brand that designs and manufactures high-quality pole dance wear and fitness clothing. Their range is designed to be effortlessly flattering, functional and luxurious and has quickly become one of my favourite brands from 2023.
I met the wonderful creators of F|Lux Activewear at the Om Yoga Show, October 2023, and had the most fantastic and informative conversation about their range which I’d love to share with you here…
Designed to compliment Pole Dance, Aerial / Silks, Yoga, Pilates, Barre sessions, their activewear also makes such beautifully stylish loungewear and fits and feels amazing.
Personally, when I train, as my body temperature rises I tend to feel claustrophobic, easily overheat and become irritable and itchy in restrictive gym wear with labels, stiff stitching and raised seams leaving me scratching my skin raw at times. Something that is therefore super important for me is the quality of fabrics and materials used.
Functional Fabrics

Their fabrics are also super soft touch and brushed for added comfort with a lightweight feel, no sewn-in labels, flat laying pockets and no zips or elements that could catch or rip when training.

Made with only the finest fabrics and construction methods, the range is based around performance and easy care being machine-washable and dryer-safe, with the bras having removable cups, the leggings a matte finish for the perfect grip for Aerial Hoop and Aerial Silks and the ideal combination of support and comfort.
